ENDORSEMENT FOR ROBERT LOWRY 20th District – FLORIDA
Thanks to my good friend and shipmate Capt. Jerry Bell USN (Ret) and his wife Ruth, I was recruited to review the record of Robert Lowry and endorse his candidacy for the U. S. Congress.
For background, I am a native of Jacksonville, Florida and attended the University in Gainesville prior to entry into Navy flight training.
I have read the positions taken by Mr. Lowry and find myself more than favorably impressed. His history of moving from liberal to conservative reminds me of a famous statement made by Winston Churchill: “If you are young and not a liberal you have no heart. If you are older and not a conservative you have no brain.” Bob Lowry had an epiphany in his younger years through foreign travel. His experience taught him the value of careful evaluation and true conservative thought. It is clear to me that he should have the full support of his district and all the rest of Florida.
In addition to his thought process, one can evaluate him through observing the success he has enjoyed in his professional life. He clearly knows how to exert executive power in a positive way.
